Job Description Job Description Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a great company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a NetSuite Administrator to their team. Pay is $100-130k+ DOE. Skills You'll Need: ~2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator ~ Strong understanding of NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, and Inventory ~ Experience building saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows ~ Ability to manage system updates and integrations with third-party platforms ~ Excellent communication and documentation abilities What You'll Do: Serve as the primary administrator for the company's NetSuite ERP system Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite functionality Support internal teams by troubleshooting issues and providing training Develop and maintain custom fields, records, workflows, and scripts Create and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls Collaborate with departments to improve processes and reporting Oversee integrations and coordinate with external vendors as needed Stay current with NetSuite updates and recommend improvements This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys optimizing systems, solving problems, and making a real impact on business operations.
