Position Description:
We are seeking skilled/experienced Sheet Metal Workers to join our Production team. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and providing leadership in our shop. You will fabricate and assemble ductwork according to specifications and conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure both accuracy and quality. We manufacture rectangular, round, and oval HVAC duct using a variety of equipment including CNC plasma tables, CNC duct liner cutters, automated duct line, spiral machines, press breaks, shears, roll formers, seam closers, corner machines, plate rollers, slip rolls, rotary machines, welders, power tools and hand tools. As a custom manufacturer, our shop is fast paced. Workers are cross trained to be able to work in several departments. You will collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and be involved in our Continuous Improvement culture.
