Responsibilities

• Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and products to provide accurate information.
• Assist clients with the benefits administration process, ensuring they understand their policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Insurance Agent in AZ
• Proven experience in insurance industry or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Multilingual or proficiency is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
