EMM Loans LLC is seeking a full time Loan Officer Assistant! Remote candidates are welcome to apply! All equipment is provided.

We are looking for a full time, dedicated LOA to support our team. Someone who is a self-starter, a multi-tasker, has a positive attitude, and is great with people. The ideal candidate will have some mortgage experience, and preferably know Encompass.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Establish and maintain main point of contact with prospective borrowers to ensure they are informed of the loan status and deadlines
• Provide supplemental assistance to loan officers to secure more loans
• Review processor’s conditions after initial review and work with borrowers to obtain necessary documentation
• Review underwriter’s conditions and work with borrowers to obtain necessary documentation to obtain final approval
• Order required documents needed for loan approvals (social security verifications, IRS tax transcripts, Appraisals, flood certifications, FHA case numbers, condo certifications, address verifications, AVM)
• Review mortgage loan documents and supporting documents to ensure they are complete and compliant with state and federal regulated mortgage law
• Prepare and mail out loan documents to prospective borrowers
• Other duties as assigned Loan Officer Assistant Loan Partner Processing Assistant

Qualifications:

• NMLS License a PLUS
• Must be self-motivated and ability to work with minimal to no supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Full time position 40+ hrs per week.
