Job Description:
Responsible for the leadership and direction of a specific operational team. Facilitates efforts to ensure excellent customer service on the team including the removal of barriers that impede excellent customer service as well as develop best practices in the department.Variable shifts including days, some weekends, limited holidays.
Scope
As a Pharmacy Supervisor you need to know how to Supervise the patient care and operations of the department. Collaborates with the department leadership team to evaluate service needs and volumes and adjust staffing levels accordingly. Assigns daily work schedules. Acts as a resource in the daily operations and activities of the department. Performs pharmacist duties as required.-Minimum Qualifications
