In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing top talent for various positions within the FGBS organization. As an FGBS TA Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, fostering partnerships, and utilizing data-driven strategies to attract highly qualified candidates who align with Amazon's culture and values.
