What We Do:
Woodcraft Rangers provides TK-12 expanded learning programs, including before and after school, specialty enrichment, and summer learning. In the past few years, Woodcraft has expanded its menu of services beyond traditional afterschool programs and summer camps to include early learning, environmental and social justice, college access, and inclusion services for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, we offer Lifecraft, a college and career advancement program to support the development of approximately 1,000 staff. Today, Woodcraft Rangers serves more than 20,000 youth ages 4-18 annually in and from 110+ Title I schools across LA County!

Role Overview:
The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting our partnership and growth strategy. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing the system architecture that underpins our sales operations—ensuring our CRM and related tools are configured to support organizational strategy, scale effectively, and meet cross-departmental needs.
You will lead the development and refinement of workflows, reporting frameworks, and integrations that support the full sales lifecycle. You'll collaborate across sales, marketing, development and program implementation to align systems with goals, create usable insights, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Systems Architecture & CRM Management

  • Design and evolve the architecture of our sales operations systems, ensuring a scalable, integrated structure that supports both current and future business needs.
  • Own day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of the organization’s CRM (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Campsite), ensuring clean, accurate, and reliable data.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate tools and automate workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve responsiveness.
  • Lead system-wide documentation, user training, and change management to drive adoption across teams.

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and pipelines to track district engagement, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
  • Use data analytics to provide insights on pipeline health, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and funders with regular reporting and insights on partnership development.

Sales Process Enablement

  • Collaborate with the partnerships and school contracts team to manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead tracking, pipeline progression, and contract milestones.
  • Support the creation of sales collateral, performance summaries, and pitch materials.
  • Ensure smooth communication and transitions between sales and other key internal stakeholder teams.

Strategic Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as outreach effectiveness, time to close, and renewal rates.
  • Design and implement CRM-driven outreach strategies in partnership with marketing and communications, ensuring alignment with audience segmentation,
  • data analytics, and campaign goals; oversee ongoing performance monitoring and reporting to optimize engagement and conversion outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of learning by identifying best practices and supporting internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, CRM system architecture, data analysis, or project management—ideally within a nonprofit, education, or mission-driven B2B setting.
  • Proven experience configuring and optimizing CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and other sales platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency with systems integrations, data management, and process automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data and systems strategy to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance big-picture systems thinking with attention to operational detail.


Skills:

  • Experience in designing technical documentation and user training.
  • Experience with school district, charter, or other education agency procurement cycles.
  • Familiarity with expanded learning, K–12 education, non-profits, or youth development.
