The RN – Behavioral Health at SummitStone Health Partners provides compassionate, client-centered care in high-stress, urgent mental health and substance use disorder situations. This role involves clinical assessment, crisis intervention, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans and coordinate transitions of care. The position requires an active Colorado RN license and offers opportunities for new graduates with a strong interest in behavioral health, including shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights ($7 per hour), weekends and holidays.
Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will be integral in managing urgent, high-stress situations, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate and implement immediate treatment plans. The RN will provide compassionate, client-centered care during critical moments, engaging thoughtfully with both clients and families. Additional responsibilities include coordinating transitions of care in high-pressure environments and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols.
