Join Our Team at A to Z Event Rentals, LLC Are you ready for a rewarding, hands-on role in the events industry? Our family-owned wedding and event rental business is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join us as a Delivery & Setup Crew Member (Driver). This role offers an exciting opportunity to travel to event sites, create beautiful spaces, and work alongside a small, supportive team. Status: Full time - 5 days a week (Thursday-Monday) Rotating weekends, two weekends on, one weekend off during prime months. Slower months would be 2 weekends on with 2 weekends off. The weekends you are off we will have Monday-Friday hours. Location: South Central PA (travel within the region) Shifts: Scheduled days can include early mornings, late night shifts and weekends. Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour during 90-day review period, with a raise based on performance after review period. What You’ll Love About This Role:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Delivery & Setup: Safely load, transport, and unload event furniture, dishes, and decor items. Set up and tear down are required at most event sites. Operational functions may include assembly of tables, chairs, table settings, tents, centerpieces, displays, stringed lighting, etc.
  • Driving & Navigation: Experience driving a box truck is a must. Experience with an enclosed trailer is a plus, but not required. Training can be provided. Spend your work days in a box truck or a truck and trailer driving to event locations (no CDL needed). Our events are mainly in South Central PA, with occasional trips to other areas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to set up event rentals, ensuring each setup is beautiful, accurate, and client-ready.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Be ready to adapt to various setups and client needs, with a positive attitude that shines even when plans change.
  • Multitask: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist the warehouse team or work independently to load and unload trucks. Help maintain rental equipment and inventory within the warehouse.

  • Valid PA Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required. We’ll provide training to help you gain confidence in driving with a trailer.
  • Team-Oriented & Reliable: Excellent customer service skills and reliability to support our clients and team with a positive attitude.
  • Outdoor Readiness: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Hours: Full-time drivers must be available for weekend shifts every weekend. Shifts are often late at night after events end.
  • Reliability: The success of our client’s events depends on you, so reliable attendance is a must!
  • Event coordination and experience setting up event equipment is a plus.
  • Customer Service Experience (preferred).
  • Willing to travel.

The employee may be exposed to extreme cold, heat or temperature changes and possible atmospheric conditions and moderate noise.
